Booking is easy:
- Enter your postcode on our website to check if we cover your area.
- Choose your charity by providing its name and registration number.
No, our service is completely free of charge.
You can support any registered UK charity of your choice by providing the charity's name and registration number during the booking process. Proceeds from your donation will be sent directly to that charity.
Collection and Delivery
- Donations are collected and weighed on-site inside the van to ensure accuracy and transparency. From there, they are safely transported to our warehouse.
- At the warehouse, donations are prepared for further sorting at specialized facilities. There, items are carefully processed:
- Clothing is sorted by gender, age, season, and color.
- Bric-à-brac and other Items are categorized, packed, and labeled for reuse.
- Sorted items are then sent to countries and communities where they are most needed, ensuring nothing goes to waste. By meeting specific requests for clothing and goods, we help provide essential support to people around the world.
- This efficient process allows us to donate up to 72% of net proceeds to partner charities.
It’s helpful if you’re available, but if not, you can leave your donation in a safe, agreed-upon spot. Just let us know in advance.
Yes! If you need to change your booking, just contact us via email or phone, and we’ll reschedule your collection.
What We Accept and Don’t Accept
We accept:
- Clean and wearable clothing for adults and children.
- Paired shoes.
- Fashion accessories (handbags, belts, etc.).
- Jewellery, watches, and small home items (candles, vases, etc.).
- Soft toys, and bed linen.
- Bric-a-brac and plastic toys (ideally packed in boxes).
We don’t accept:
- Dirty, wet, or damaged clothing.
- Single shoes, duvets, pillows, mattresses.
- Furniture, books, CDs and DVDs
- Food, medicines, or hazardous materials.
All donations should be in clean, reusable condition. Items that are too damaged, dirty, or wet cannot be accepted.

This percentage is calculated after essential operating costs including collection, sorting, processing, and distribution.

I’ve accidentally donated something I still want. Can I get it back?
Once your items are collected, they are processed alongside other donations, making it difficult to retrieve specific items. However, please contact us as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to assist you.
Is there a minimum or maximum amount I can donate?
We accept any quantity of clothing donations, starting with just one full bag. If you have 20 or more bags, please let us know in advance so we can make the necessary arrangements!
